Liken this to your business striving for a position in a competitive market place, gaining market possession through steady pace and penetrating and capturing market share. For a polo team to be successful each player must ultimately mould together and become one team. Polo relies on anticipation and trust. Trusting the next move of your team mate and anticipating were to position yourself on the field to be the most useful. A corporate team building polo experience will build trust and reliance within your team. In conjunction with our polo instructors we are able to work with your facilitator or arrange for our own experienced facilitator, Shirley Smith to work with your group and build a tailor made program to suit your needs.
Each member of the group will enjoy the challenge of learning to ride or improving their riding skills on purpose trained polo ponies. Specific exercises designed to promote trust, self confidence and sportsmanship are incorporated into a fun and exhilarating program. Members will be guided toward a common goal, whilst improving their communication skills and sharpening there mental and physical agility.

Utilize the facilities and the experience a never to be forgotten team building event at Sydney Polo Club. *Polo is a dangerous sport, and safety is always paramount. All safety equipment is provided and instruction is provide by accredited instructors in an enclosed arena.
